General conditions of sale for stays in g\u00eetes & guest rooms<\/h3>
<\/div>

Article 1 \/ Duration of the stay<\/h3>
<\/div>[vc_column_text]The client who signs the present contract concluded for a fixed period may not under any circumstances avail himself of any right to remain in the premises.[\/vc_column_text]
<\/div>

Article 2 \/ Booking formalities<\/h3>
<\/div>[vc_column_text]Once we have received your reservation, we will send you a written confirmation by e-mail and ask you to pay a deposit of 20% of the total amount of the reservation within a maximum of two weeks (or sooner if you have made a reservation at a shorter notice). Once this deposit has been received, the reservation becomes firm. By paying the deposit, you confirm your full agreement with the general conditions specified below. Please note that without the payment of the deposit within the specified period, the reservation is not confirmed and we therefore reserve the right to collect the rooms.[\/vc_column_text]

Article 3 \/ Cancellation of the stay by the client<\/h3>
<\/div>[vc_column_text css_animation=”none”]Any modification is only possible with the agreement of the owners of Mas Lou Caloun and according to availability and may lead to additional costs.
\nWe inform you that in case of cancellation of the reservation before the beginning of the stay, an indemnity will be due, as a penalty clause by the customer, fixed as follows:
\n– if the cancellation is made more than 30 days before the arrival date, the deposit will be refunded in full
\n– if the cancellation occurs between the 30th day and the 7th day before your arrival, the deposit will be kept by the owners. However, if you make a new reservation within the year, your deposit will be deducted from your future stay, but in no case refunded<\/strong>
\n– if the cancellation occurs between the 6th and the day of your arrival, the totality of the deposit will be kept by Mas Lou Caloun.
\nAny reservation benefiting from a promotional offer will not be refunded in case of cancellation.
\nIn case of early departure during the stay, the total payment of the booked service will be required.<\/p>\n

The client must pay the balance of the stay the day before departure.[\/vc_column_text]

Article 4 \/ Cancellation insurance<\/h3>
<\/div>[vc_column_text]Please note that no cancellation insurance is included in our rates. It is therefore strongly recommended that you take out such insurance if necessary.[\/vc_column_text]
<\/div>

Article 5 \/ Cancellation of the stay by the owner<\/h3>
<\/div>[vc_column_text]If, before the beginning of the stay, the owner has to cancel the reservation, he must immediately inform his client by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt.
\nNo financial compensation can be claimed except the full amount of the reservation already paid.
\nMas Lou Caloun reserves the right to interrupt or cancel a stay if the client does not respect article 10 of the GTCS.[\/vc_column_text]

Article 6 \/ Arrival time<\/h3>
<\/div>[vc_column_text]The arrival at the Mas and the taking of possession of the g\u00eetes or guest rooms are generally from 4pm and before 8pm.
\nHowever, you can drop off your luggage before if you wish. If your accommodation is ready beforehand, we will give you the keys.<\/p>\n

There will be no reception after 8pm. In case of late or delayed arrival, the client must inform the owner.[\/vc_column_text]

Article 7 \/ Departure time<\/h3>
<\/div>[vc_column_text]You must vacate your accommodation by 10.30 am at the latest.<\/p>\n

Depending on the following bookings, we can grant on request a later departure of one hour more. However, due to the current sanitary conditions, the cleaning and disinfection of the accommodation will take longer. This is why we cannot grant later departures.[\/vc_column_text]

Article 8 \/ Payment of the balance of the accommodation<\/h3>
<\/div>[vc_column_text]The balance of the stay is to be paid at the time of your stay, the day before your departure at the latest, by credit card, cash or holiday vouchers (for the latter with a minimum of 200 euros or if lower a commission of 2% will be charged in addition).[\/vc_column_text]

Article 9 \/ Pets<\/h3>
<\/div>[vc_column_text]Pets are not allowed.[\/vc_column_text]
<\/div>

Article 10 \/ Art of living and use of the premises<\/h3>
<\/div>[vc_column_text]In order to guarantee the quietness of the place and the comfort of the guests of Mas Lou Caloun, the respect of a certain “art of living” is required of all. Smoking is totally forbidden inside the accommodation and all the outside areas are equipped to receive smokers and their entourage. More generally, the client undertakes to respect the rules of good manners which will be indicated to him, those which are imposed on everyone when living in a community and the present general conditions of sale.<\/p>\n

The client undertakes to return the rooms and g\u00eetes in perfect condition at the end of the stay and to declare systematically – and to assume financially – any damage for which he\/she would be responsible. The client agrees to pay the sum of 10 euros in case of loss of the room keys. It is forbidden to enter all the private areas of the house without being invited. We are not responsible for any damage to your vehicle caused by a third party inside the property.<\/p>\n

Guests are not allowed to receive outside guests at Mas Lou Caloun without the express permission of the owner; in any case, this request must be exceptional.
\nMas Lou Caloun will not accept any responsibility for loss, theft and\/or damage or injury to property and\/or persons on the property, however caused.<\/p>\n

Access to the pool is free.
\nThe pool is a place of relaxation, jumping, diving or excessive swimming is prohibited. The pool is heated at the beginning and end of the season, but this is not a given: depending on the outside temperatures (if they are below 15 degrees at night) or technical problems for reasons beyond our control, the pool may have difficulty getting up to temperature.[\/vc_column_text]

Article 11 \/ Modification of the conditions of sale<\/h3> [vc_column_text]These terms and conditions of sale are subject to change at any time and without notice. Acceptance of and compliance with these terms and conditions of sale shall be deemed to have been accepted as soon as the deposit has been paid.[\/vc_column_text]

Article 12 \/ Data Protection Act<\/h3> [vc_column_text]In accordance with the law n\u00b0 78-17 of January 6, 1978 modified in 2004 relating to data processing, the files and freedoms, you profit from a right of access and of correction to the data concerning you. We undertake not to pass on the information you have provided to us to other companies or organisations under any circumstances.[\/vc_column_text]
